When thinking over how to conceive a range of entirely natural bio plastics, the real clever idea was to imagine an entirely natural colouring solution to melt into master batches, in order to get a perfectly bio product.

The first most obvious solution was to involve into the process of countertypeing the colouring power of ochres, muds and soils. The well-known mineral pigments (ochre from Provence, soil from Roussillon…) were integrated into the project in 2010. They enabled to offer a plastics entirely obtained with produces coming from nature and earth.

The mineral palette of ochres, pigments and colouring soils is rich of every tone of earthen tints and oxides found on earth, into the soil. To enlarge this first range of colours possible through biobatch solution, the perfect solution in addition revealed to be the dying plants or vegetal pigments.

Since 2013, 12 new colours have enlarged the palette and the chromatic field is possible to cover with. By mixing together mineral and vegetal pigments, crossing between mineral pigments, every colour is nowadays possible after study. The real primary job of A3DC is finally here : colour-design and work on colour, to get, formulate and conceive it in the most natural way possible.
